Our Services
We offer a professional support and development services for all Tigase.org projects. That is Tigase Server, MUC, PubSub components, gateways to other IM networks, Minichat Web client, XMPP4GWT library. All our published code is available under GPLv3 license.
We specialize in integration of the IM (XMPP based) services with third-party systems. We build custom components to extend functionality to meet your requirements.
Code bespoken is created under the license chosen by the customer.

| 5. | Priority e-mail support (“Priority e-mail support”) is provided through electronic mail using company support e-mail address. Company strives to respond to requests within twenty-four (24) hours. |
| 6. | Priority-PLUS e-mail support is the same as Priority e-mail support, except that in addition the Client is given the name and contact information for an emergency contact with the Company, via IM and/or telephone, with whom to engage in a dialogue during regular business hours. |
| 7. | On site training. We offer training on various topic related to the Tigase software: administration, development, monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, automated tests. The training is provided on-site in the customer office. |
| 8. | Monitoring and maintenance of the production system. Monitoring is performed remotely via XMPP, JMX, and/or SSH either via the Client connection or the server-to-server connection. Company shall strive to report discovered issues within one (1) business day. |
| 9. | Consulting and development services for a customer specific extensions or integration with third-party systems. |
For long term contracts prices are negotiable.
With any monthly contract you also get dedicated project tracker where all tasks are recorded and you can monitor work progress.
